Precision Hydroforming Services
At Metalspun Products Co., Inc. we offer a unique combination of complementary metal fabrication processes, specifically precision hydroforming and metal spinning. This gives us the ability to cost-effectively create high-quality parts that would be either impossible to form or too costly to form through hydroforming or spinning alone. Hydroforming, which is also effective as a standalone process, automatically applies hydraulic pressure to non-spinning metal to form a part in any shape up to 10" deep. Hydroforming gives us the flexibility required to create an extraordinary array of simple and complex shapes, from a basic circle to an octagon or a polygon. It also produces a truly uniform surface without any finish lines and does not affect the thickness of the material. We're able to apply clamping pressures of 10,000 to 15,000 psi to a variety of metals including stainless steel, alloys and exotic metals. Our top notch hydroforming services, in conjunction with our secondary operations such as spun tubing, anodizing and welding, allow us to fabricate everything from lighting to aircraft parts, train engines and soup kettle warming pots.
For more information on our precision hydroforming services see the table below or contact us directly to learn about all of our hydroforming and metal spinning capabilities.
